一九八五年,我有机会前往美国德克萨斯州访问数月,多次参观了美国的一些中、小学。现就感受最深的几点作如下简单介绍。一、尊重学生,爱护学生的积极性美国人普遍认为,独立,自力更生是理想的个人品质;一个有用的人应该有能力去解决他希望解决的一切。依我观察,这在很大程度上是学校致力于培养的结果,也是学校始终为之奋斗的目标。许多学校的教育目的和培养目标中明文规定,经过在校学习的全过程“将使每个人便于为自己和社会的利益而把他的能力发展到最大程度”、“在学校中让每个人都尽量地发挥”。
In 1985, I had the opportunity to visit Texas in the United States for several months and visited several primary and secondary schools in the United States. Here are some of the deepest points to be made as follows. I. Respect for students and enthusiasm for students The Americans generally believe that independence and self-reliance are ideal personal qualities; a useful person should be able to resolve everything he wants to solve. Many schools’ educational objectives and training goals clearly state that the entire process of studying at school “will make it easy for everyone to maximize their capabilities for the benefit of themselves and society” and “make everyone in school Play as much as possible."
