基本案情李某,中共党员,某市副市长。吴某,C房地产公司总经理。2006年,吴某得知某市拟开发大型房地产项目后,请李某帮助寻找有实力的公司共同开发该项目,并表示可以让李某之子李某某入股。李某遂联系了香港某集团董事局主席,该主席同意与吴某合作。项目启动前,吴某再次向李某表示,可以让李某某入股。李某表示不能让李某某入干股,要出点钱,否则影响不好。
