党的十五大为个体私营经济解除了禁锢,确立了地位,铺平了道路,为发展个体私营经济提供了难得的历史机遇。东营区各级各部门抢抓机遇,放手放胆,创造性地落实十五大精神,争取发展个体私营经济的新突破。一、正确认识东营区个体私营经济发展形势,进一步增强加快发展的紧迫感目前,全区个体私营经济的发展形势,可以概括为三句话,即有成绩、有问题、有优势。所谓有成绩,就是全区个体私营经济有了很大的发展。今年1——6月份,全区个体工商户、私营企业新增785户、115家,分别比去年同期增长15%、700%。全区注册资金在100万元以上的私营企业达到16家,个体工商户均注册资金达到9千元。全区各类市场累计发展到62处,人均市场占有率居全省第一。

From January to June this year, the number of individual industrial and commercial households and private enterprises in the region increased by 785 and 115 respectively, up 15% and 700% respectively over the same period of last year. The region’s registered capital of 100 million yuan in more than 16 private enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households have registered capital of 9 thousand yuan. The various types of markets in the region have grown to 62, ranking the first in the province in terms of market share per capita.
