我院自1987年10月至1996年12月手术治疗食管癌、贲门癌共1812例,术后发生吻合口瘘14例,现将治疗体会介绍如下。 1 临床资料 我院1987年10月以前因食管癌、贲门癌切除术后发生吻合口瘘7例。治疗方法:再次剖胸手术修补吻合口瘘2例;胃管负压吸引+胸腔闭式引流+空肠造瘘2例;单纯胸腔引流3例。治疗结果:死亡5
In our hospital from October 1987 to December 1996, 1812 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancers were treated surgically and 14 cases of postoperative anastomotic leakage occurred. The treatment experience is described below. 1 Clinical data 7 cases of anastomotic leakage occurred after resection of esophageal and cardiac cancers before October 1987 in our hospital. Therapeutic method: 2 cases of anastomotic fistula were repaired by thoracotomy again; 2 cases of gastric tube negative pressure suction + closed thoracic drainage + jejunostomy; 3 cases of simple chest drainage. Treatment result: Death 5
