随着教育改革,越来越多的人认识到了艺术教育的重要性,艺术人才培养也成为了各级院校的重要工作。但在实际教学中却发现,我国地方本科院校艺术设计类专业并没有完全从传统教育中走出来,依然在采用教师为主,学生为辅的教学模式,教师的教学重心依然停留在知识传授上,很少涉及能力培养,然而这样的人才已经难以满足国家与社会发展需要,这就要求地方本科院校做好艺术专业应用型人才培养工作,深化培养模式改革,真正为社会发展谋福利。本文将从我国艺术人才培养现状入手,结合地方本科院校艺术设计类专业应用型人才培养模式中存在的问题,研究人才培养模式改革的阶段成果。
With the reform of education, more and more people have realized the importance of art education and the training of art talents has also become an important task for colleges and universities at all levels. However, in actual teaching, however, it has been found that the art design major of local undergraduate colleges and universities in our country did not completely come out of the traditional education. In addition, the teacher-centered and student-assisted teaching mode is still adopted. Teachers’ teaching center of gravity still stays in knowledge transfer However, this kind of talent has been difficult to meet the needs of national and social development. This requires that local undergraduate colleges should do a good job in training applied talents of arts major, deepen the reform of the model and really benefit the social development. This article will start from the current situation of art talent cultivation in our country, and combine with the existing problems in the training mode of applied talents of art design specialty in local undergraduate colleges to study the stage results of the reform of talent cultivation mode.
