依据JJF1059-1999《测定不确定度的评定与表示》及GB/T3854-2005《增强塑料巴柯尔硬度试验方法》,分析了玻璃纤维增强塑料夹砂管巴氏硬度的测定过程当中,测量重复性、巴氏硬度计的计量性以及数值修约等因素对测量结果引入的不确定度,量化了各分量的标准不确定度,进而得出了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。评定结果为(50±1.0)HBa,k=2,置信度为95%。建立的不确定度评定方法适用于玻璃纤维增强塑料夹砂管巴氏硬度的不确定度分析。
