多花香叶 Myrcia multiflora DC.叶在南美国家被称为“植物胰岛素”。作者曾从该植物叶甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中分得2个黄酮苷 myrciacitrin Ⅰ和Ⅱ(4和5)及2个乙酰苯葡糖苷。现作者又从该植物叶中分得3个新的黄酮苷 myrciacitrin Ⅲ(1)、Ⅳ(2)和Ⅴ(3)。该植物干叶切碎后用甲醇回流提取3次,回收溶剂后提取物用乙酸乙酯-水(1:1)分配提取。乙酸乙酯部位进行正相硅胶柱层
Multiflora leaves Myrcia multiflora DC. leaves are called “plant insulin” in South American countries. The authors isolated two flavonoid glycosides myrciacitrin I and II (4 and 5) and two acetyl glucosides from the ethyl acetate part of the plant leaf methanol extract. The authors also obtained three new flavonoid glycosides myrciacitrin III(1), IV(2) and V(3) from the plant leaves. After the dry leaves of the plant were chopped and extracted with methanol 3 times, the solvent was recovered and the extract was extracted with ethyl acetate-water (1:1).
