中国外运股份有限公司成立于2002年11月,由中国外运长航集团有限公司控股,并在香港上市。公司拥有品种齐全,结构均衡的战略资产,其中,自营码头吞吐能力达4670万吨;自有船舶23艘,运力规模达载重吨31.5万吨,集装箱堆场56个,面积230万平方米;仓库494座,仓储面积350万平方米;营运车辆2824辆,载重吨位5.7万吨;铁路运输专线7条,形成了以海陆空货运体系为支撑,以战略资产为依托的一体化综合物流服务平台。
Sinotrans Co., Ltd. was established in November 2002 and is controlled by Sinotrans & CSC Holdings Ltd. and listed in Hong Kong. The company owns a full range of strategic assets with balanced structure. Among them, the self-operated terminal has a handling capacity of 46.7 million tons, 23 self-owned shipping vessels with capacity of 315,000 tons of deadweight and 56 container yard with an area of 2.3 million square meters. 494 warehouses and 3.5 million square meters of warehousing area; 2,824 operating vehicles and 57,000 tons of deadweight tons; 7 special lanes for railway transportation, forming an integrated and integrated logistics service platform supported by strategic land, sea and land freight transportation systems .
