发生炉煤气是一种价廉质优的燃料,已广泛应用于机械、钢铁、建材、轻工等工业部门的热工炉窑。近几年来,随着我国能源结构的改变,特别是国务院发出节能一号指令以后,许多中小型工厂的低温炉窑都在向以煤代油的方向发展。为了避免直接烧煤带来环境污染和燃料浪费等弊病,这些工厂根据自己炉窑小、用气量少的特点,都建造了小型煤气发生炉来满足生产需要?据不完全统计,目前全国这类小型煤气发生炉已有一百五十多台。其中由济南黄台工业煤气炉厂制造的Φ1.5米 B型煤气发生炉,就有八十台左右。用户反映,这种发生炉结构简单,性能良好,运行可靠。
Producer gas is a kind of inexpensive and high quality fuel, which has been widely used in thermal kilns in machinery, steel, building materials, light industry and other industrial sectors. In order to avoid the disadvantages of direct coal burning, such as environmental pollution and waste of fuel, these factories have built small gas furnaces to meet their production needs according to their small kiln and small gas consumption. According to incomplete statistics, at present, There are more than 150 small gas furnaces. Among them, Φ1.5 m B-type gas furnace manufactured by Jinan Huangtai Industrial Gas Stove Factory has about 80 sets. Users reflect that this furnace structure is simple, good performance, reliable operation.
