目的观察正畸联合修复治疗成人牙齿错的疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月~2014年6月收治的牙齿错患者150例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组患者采用单纯正畸治疗,观察组患者采用正畸与修复联合治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及满意度。结果观察组总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的69.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸联合修复治疗成人牙齿错能够有效提高患者疗效,改善患者美观度,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of orthodontic joint repair on adult dental malocclusion. Methods A total of 150 patients with dental malocclusion admitted from January 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by simple orthodontic treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated with orthodontic and rehabilitative therapy. The efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 100%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (69.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Orthodontics combined with orthodontic treatment of adult malocclusion can effectively improve the efficacy of patients and improve the aesthetics of patients, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
