价格杠杆对产品的效益提高和低碳经济的发展具有显著的调节作用,价格改革的深度与低碳经济发展的难度紧密相连。本文在分析我国低碳经济发展面临难题的基础上,对建立适应低碳经济发展亟需的资源环境价格体系提出了政策建议。
Price leverage has a significant regulatory effect on the improvement of product efficiency and the development of low-carbon economy. The depth of price reform is closely linked with the difficulty in the development of low-carbon economy. Based on the analysis of the problems in the development of low-carbon economy in our country, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to establish the resource-price system that is urgently needed to adapt to the development of low-carbon economy.
