劳动力有限供给条件下我国农民工的职业教育,关系到农村剩余劳动力的转移以及国民经济的健康发展。目前我国农民工的职业教育存在观念落后、学校教师队伍结构及专业设置不合理、政府经费投入不足、企业忽视职业技能培训等问题。需要从转变观念、调整职业学校教师队伍及专业设置、加大政府投资力度、引导企业重视职业技能培训等方面寻求对策。
Under the limited supply of labor, the vocational education of migrant workers in our country is related to the transfer of rural surplus labor and the healthy development of the national economy. At present, the concept of vocational education for migrant workers in our country lags behind. The structure of school teachers and the unreasonable professional establishment, insufficient government funding and enterprises neglect vocational skills training. It is necessary to seek solutions from changing the concept, adjusting the teaching staff and professional settings in vocational schools, increasing government investment, and guiding enterprises to emphasize vocational skills training.
