最佳迎冲角是帆船可以产生最大前进推力,从而获得最快的速度,也是帆船在竞赛中可占50％的效果。因此国内外优秀选手对迎冲角都有不同程度的研究与看法。迎冲角是帆船在行驶各种风向中,根据风速和水面情况的不同,选择并掌握的有利最佳迎冲角是非常重要的。本文采用迎冲角程序教学法进行教学,加速了运动员操作技能的形成和掌握,提高了教学效果,激发了运动员的训练课的兴趣。

Angle of attack is sailing sail in a variety of wind direction, according to the different wind conditions and surface conditions, the choice and to grasp the favorable angle of attack is very important. This paper adopts Yingqianjiao program teaching method to accelerate the formation and mastery of the athletes’ operation skills, improves the teaching effect and stimulates the interest of the athletes in the training course.
