纽尔堡赛车场位于莱茵河左侧艾弗尔风景区,是个组合完善的山地赛车及训练场。1927年6月18日在这里举行了第一次比赛。当时的教堂之城——科隆市长、联邦德国的第一位总理阿登纳是其创始人之一。在这个赛车场的28.3公里长、带有174处弯道的环形公路上,到处是上下坡,最长的一处直线跑道大约不到一公里。两边镶着8米宽的跑道,布满了权木、斜坡、壕沟及各种变化的斜坡。作为大奖赛公路,纽尔堡赛车场是前所未有的、有史以来最漂亮的、但也是最危险的赛程。它为一代赛车迷们提供了大显身手的机会。最优秀的驾驶员在这里也须全力拚搏。
Located on the Eifel Scenic Area on the left side of the Rhine River, the Nürburgring racing circuit is a well-established mountain racing and training ground. June 18, 1927 here held its first match. At that time the city of the church - mayor of Cologne, federal Germany’s first Prime Minister Adenauer is one of its founders. On the 28.3-kilometer-long, 174-lane loop of the circuit, it is up and down the ramp, with the longest straight runway about less than a kilometer away.
