患者女,27岁,农民。产后突然双目失明伴左侧肢体瘫痪8天,于1989年6月28日入院。入院前8天顺产一男婴,产后2～3分钟突然双目失明。次日出现左侧肢体无力,左上肢肌力Ⅲ~+级,左下肢肌力0级,血压16.00/10.66kPa(120/80mmHg)。病后3天腰穿检查正常,对症处理后由黑矇转为视物模糊,第5天头颅 CT 检查未见异常。产前在当地医院诊为“重度妊毒症——先兆子痫”。转我院后查体:神清,有精
