根据螺旋钻杆自动焊接工作站的工作特点,结合高速清枪站的工作原理,分析了自动焊接过程中机器人自动清枪程序,介绍了高速清枪系统在螺旋钻杆自动焊接工作站中的应用,并结合生产实际对比了高速清枪系统应用对焊接质量的影响。
According to the working characteristics of automatic welding work station of spiral drill pipe and the working principle of high-speed clear gun station, the automatic gun cleaning procedure in automatic welding process is analyzed. The application of high-speed gun cleaning system in automatic welding work station of auger drill rod is introduced. Combining with the actual production, the effect of high speed gun system on welding quality was compared.
