本文简述铝理合金的优点及国内外发展概况和应用前景,并介绍北京航空材料研究所在铝锂合金研究工作中取得的进展:研制了一种保护气氛熔铸装置,锂的烧损率控制在3%以内。研制了一种能有效地防止铝锂熔液对容器的侵蚀的新涂层,使用铁坩蜗时铝锂合金中的Fe、Si杂质可控制在0.05%内。研究了8090合金的热处理对性能的影响,所研究的合金主要性能达到国外同类材料的水平。
This article describes the advantages of aluminum alloy and its development and application prospects at home and abroad, and introduces the progress made by Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials in the research work of aluminum-lithium alloy: a protective atmosphere casting device is developed, the burning rate of lithium is controlled Within 3%.
