主持语:一个画家个体怎样面对当下日益繁荣、复杂的中国油画创作?两个昔日同窗,分别从事文学理论研究与绘画创作两个领域,二十年后再聚首。从一个油画系列创作《一个人的风景》谈起,围绕中国油画的现代性发展、画家创作的心路历程、绘画的时代意义与发展的诸种可能,畅谈新时代背景下的中国油画创作、当代中国人的心灵归宿、“自然”之于中国画家的意义、中国传统文化在与西方现代思潮碰撞时的融合、发展与创造。
