1.教学大纲的基本概念1.1 什么叫做“教学大纲”?联合国教科文组织在《教育技术词典》中把教学大纲又称作“课程提纲”,定义为“按照逻辑条理或先浅后深的顺序表述教育课程要点的纲要”.可以说,“课程发展”的第二项工作就是分别制订各学科课程的教学大纲.教学大纲可以由国家教育行政部门制订和颁发(例如我国),也可以由一个国家的各地方教育行政部门制订和颁发(例如美国有50个州,可以有50份同一学科课程的教学大纲).由我国国务院领导编撰的《中国大百科全书》在“教育卷”中对“教学大纲”一词是这样释义的(笔者稍有改动):教学大纲是根据课程计划中规定的各门学科的目的、任务而制订的指导性文件.它以纲要的形式,具体规定每门学科知识、技能、能力的范围、深度及其体系、结构,同时规定教学的一般进度和对教学法的基本要求.
