本文采用分光光度法对栀子和水子的品质进行了初步定性分析,通过对各地产的新鲜样品进行分析表明,栀子和水栀子均有相同的特征吸收光谱,此外,无论青果、成熟鲜果均在238nm 波长附近处有特征吸收峰、可作为栀子和水栀子定性鉴别的要点。
