随着建立社会主义市场经济体制的步伐的加快,第二职业以其不可阻挡之势,正在迅速兴起。怎样看待这种现象?笔者认为,正确的态度应该是理解、引导和鞭策。第一,理解。第二职业是社会主义市场经济发展过程中的必然现象,应当给予理解,而不能责难和抵制。第二职业作为职工利用业余时间挖掘潜能的一种方式,对充分实现其自身价值,有着积极的作用。当然,第二职业的出现也是喜忧共存,不能因为其喜而放松管理,也不能因其忧而加以否定。第二,引导。第二职业与企业正常的生产经营工作两者发生碰撞是难免的,这就需要加强思想教育,严格管理,积极引导。应让职工处理好三个关系:
