本文对经头颅CT证实的脑血管疾病及对照组52人(非脑血管病和健康人)作了AT—Ⅲ测定,发现37例脑出血组明显高于对照组及其他各组,而SAH以及脑梗塞、TIA组与对照组相比无显著性差异。本组脑出血的主要病因是高血压、动脉硬化,其AT—Ⅲ增高与脑出血的因果关系不详。本文分别对脑出血或脑梗塞的死亡组与生存组AT—Ⅲ水平作t检验,发现无显著性差异(P>0.05)。AT—Ⅲ测定对脑血管疾病定性诊断或估测预后是否有重要价值还不能肯定。
In this paper, cerebral vascular disease confirmed by head CT and control group of 52 people (non-cerebrovascular disease and healthy people) AT-Ⅲ determination was found in 37 cases of cerebral hemorrhage was significantly higher than the control group and other groups, and SAH and Cerebral infarction, TIA group compared with the control group no significant difference. The main cause of this group of cerebral hemorrhage is hypertension, arteriosclerosis, its causal relationship between increased AT-III and cerebral hemorrhage is unknown. In this paper, t-test was used to detect the level of AT-III in the death group and survival group of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction respectively. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). AT-Ⅲ determination of cerebrovascular disease qualitative diagnosis or prognosis is of great value is not yet sure.
