采用放射免疫法测定６２例急性脑梗塞患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α（ＴＮＦα）含量，并与２０名正常对照者比较。结果发现患者组血清ＴＮＦα明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），提示在脑梗塞发病过程中存在ＴＮＦα介导的免疫反应
Tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) levels in 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were measured by radioimmunoassay and compared with 20 normal controls. The results showed that patients with TNFα was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.001), suggesting that during the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction there TNFα-mediated immune response
