目的探讨经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗效和安全性。方法抽取2007年4月至2011年5月我院泌尿外科收治尿动力学资料完整并在我院行经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术的SUI患者87例。回顾性分析患者术前、术后的症状和生活质量。结果治愈率为90.8%,发生排尿困难12例,尿储留1例,大腿根部疼痛10例。结论经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效满意,有较好的安全性,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of transobturator mid-urethral suspension in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods From April 2007 to May 2011, 87 patients with SUI who had complete urodynamic data and were suspended in the middle of obturator and urethra in our hospital from April 2007 to May 2011 were enrolled. Retrospective analysis of patients with preoperative and postoperative symptoms and quality of life. Results The cure rate was 90.8%. There were 12 cases of dysuria, 1 case of urinary retention and 10 cases of root thigh pain. Conclusions The middle-closed obturator urethra suspension for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence has satisfactory curative effect and good safety, which is worth popularizing and applying.
