目的:探讨30例视神经炎患者的治疗、护理措施及效果。方法:对30例视神经炎患者给予激素冲击治疗,根据病情使用糖皮质激素药物甲泼尼龙剂量500,250,120,80,40 mg。结果:其中24例完全治愈,6例的病情好转,长期随诊视力提高的26例。结论:在发病后尽早使用糖皮质激素是治疗的关键。视神经炎发病急,发展快,如不及时治疗可导致不可逆盲。患者心理负担重,护士在治疗过程中给予有效的心理护理、严密观察病情,有效的观察,治疗和护理是保证治疗效果的关键。
Objective: To investigate the treatment of 30 cases of optic neuritis patients, nursing measures and results. Methods: 30 cases of optic neuritis patients given hormone shock treatment, according to the disease glucocorticoid methylprednisolone dose 500,250,120,80,40 mg.
