一、时势篇:大成长阶段来临房地产行业正步入大成长阶段,主要表现在两个方面,一是成长速度高,一线公司成长速度均保持在30%以上,部分公司超过50%,二线公司中会有一大批增长速度超过100%以上;二是高成长公司数量惊人,房地产上市公司100家左右,其中约有60家以上会出现高增长。大成长阶段之四大行业基础我们认为,奠定房地产行业持续发展的四大基础有:开发商对土地资源的占有与垄断;城市化创造的旺盛需求;人民币升值的长期趋势;产业整合带来产业集中度快速提高。
