通过政府的支持和扶持,美国的交通、能源、金融以及通讯、采矿……这些关系到国计民生的关键行业,如今都是民营企业占主导地位。图片/FOTOE在一些国人的心目中,国家是一个独立存在的实体,这个实体是每一个生活在国家中间的人幸福的根本保证。这个逻辑是有比较大问题的,掌握国家机器的人和其他所有的人一样,都存在着个人利益,存在着个人动机。从学术角度和历史经验看,掌握国家机器的人,怎么思考,怎么决策,这种想法越来越受到怀疑。
