让科技人员潜心研究和创新,是全面深化科技体制机制改革的目标之一。2014年1月10日,在国家科学技术奖励大会上,中国科学院物理研究所、中国科技大学“40K以上铁基高温超导体的发现及若干基本物理性质的研究”获得了国家自然科学一等奖。在此之前,该奖项已经连续3年空缺;从2000年起至今,该奖项13年里有9次空缺。无论是基础性研究还是应用型研究,都需要科研人员时间和精力的投入,基础性研究尤为如此。探讨如何营造良好科研环境,让科研人员潜心研究正是时候。
It is one of the goals for the scientific and technological personnel to thoroughly study and innovate with scientific and technological personnel in an all-round way. On January 10, 2014, at the National Science and Technology Awards Conference, Institute of Physics, Chinese University of Science and Technology, “Discovery of Some 40K or Higher Iron-based High-temperature Superconductors and Some Basic Physical Properties” won the honors of National Natural Science Rankings prize. Prior to this, the award has been vacant for three consecutive years; since 2000, the award has nine vacancies in 13 years. Both basic research and applied research require input from researchers' time and energy, especially for basic research. How to create a good scientific research environment, so that researchers devote themselves to study it is time.
