人力资源管理是企业竞争的主要关键环节,优化人力资源并做到合理的配置,对企业发展来说,是至关重要的,对企业经济发展也是一种有效的途径。鉴于此,本文对国有建筑企业人力资源优化配置问题进行了分析探讨。
Human resource management is the key link in the competition of enterprises. Optimizing human resources and making reasonable allocation are crucial to the development of an enterprise and are also an effective way for the economic development of an enterprise. In view of this, this paper analyzes and discusses the optimal allocation of human resources in state-owned construction enterprises.
