课堂教学中,如果没有一个民主、平等、宽容的支持氛围,就不可能有个体之间真正意义上的积极的互相推动。学生是现实的、主动的、具有创造性的生命体,学生又是具有主观能动性的人,他们作为一种活生生的力量,带着自己的知识、经验、思考、灵感参与课堂教学。作为教师应善于从学生的角度思考和看待问题,努力把握学生心理的真实起点,采取积极有效的措施,努力与学生进行沟通,让数学课堂真实、更富针对性。
In class teaching, without a supportive atmosphere of democracy, equality and tolerance, there can be no genuine positive mutual promotion among individuals.
