抗激素(Antihormone)是指一些能减弱或拮抗激素的生物学作用的化学物质。近年,随着一些新的抗激素问世,不少实验室开展了抗激素作用机理的实验研究,临床医学也开始应用抗激素于治疗,如用抗雌激素治疗乳癌,用非甾体抗雌激素(克罗米芬等)治疗月经不调及无排卵等,已取得了一定的临床疗效。初步的临床试验显示,某些抗雌激素和抗孕激素具有抗排卵和抗生育作用并有望成为一类新型的抗生育剂。研究抗激素的作用及其作用机理不仅有利于合成一些更适于临床应用和更为理想的新型抗激素,而且将有助于阐明各类激素的作用原理。现
