The article elaborates the liquidity risk of open-end funds and puts forward the opinion on preventing the liquidity risk of open-end funds. It believes that by designing the open-end fund products and redemption methods, the liquidity risk of open-end funds can be controlled in advance. Increasing the fund can also increase the return on investors.
