民主集中制是我们党的根本组织制度和领导制度,是马克思主义政党区别于其他政党的鲜明特征。在社会主义市场经济条件下,要贯彻执行好这一根本制度,必须建立健全一系列与之配套的具体制度作保证。只有这样,才能使民主集中制原则,在任何时候、任何条件下得以健康有序地坚持下去,在思想上、组织上、行动上保持全党的高度统一。
Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational system and leadership system of our party and is a distinctive feature that distinguishes Marxist political parties from other political parties. Under the conditions of a socialist market economy, it is imperative to establish and perfect a series of specific systems to ensure the implementation of this fundamental system. Only in this way can the principle of democratic centralism be able to be maintained in a healthy and orderly manner at any time and under any conditions and the high degree of unity of the whole party be ideologically, organizationally and in action.
