中西医结合已经发展了百余年,仍存在诸多问题,亟待完善。作为医学界的新生事物,因无前章可循,其发展过程必然是一个边探索边前进的过程。作为中西医结合发展的基础,其教育问题更是逐渐凸显。本文提出确立科学发展的中西医结合理念,对完善中西医结合教育机构、教材改革、师资队伍构建以及中西医实训基地的建设等方面提出实效性教学的建议。
Integrative Medicine has been developed for more than 100 years, there are still many problems, urgent improvement. As a newcomer to the medical field, its development process must inevitably be a process of exploring and moving forward because there is no pre-order to follow. As the basis for the development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, its educational problems have become increasingly prominent. This paper puts forward the concept of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine to establish scientific development and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in educational institutions, teaching material reform, construction of teaching staff, and construction of training bases for Chinese and Western medicine.
