本文简要地介绍了亚硫酸存在时紫硫镍铁矿的浮选行为及金川贫镍矿的试验结果。从各种类型矿样浮选动力学研究所获得的浮选速度模式(ε/t=b—Kε)发现:亚硫酸显著地活化紫硫镍铁矿的浮选,一般镍回收率可提高8~15%。沉降试验查明,亚硫酸还具有抗絮分散作用。难选混合矿样(含镍0.58%)最终浮选试验获得品位3.75%、镍回收率65.40%的精矿。
This article briefly introduces the flotation behavior of Vulcanite in the presence of sulfurous acid and the experimental results of the Jinchuan lean nickel mine. From the flotation velocity model (ε / t = b-Kε) obtained from various types of mineral flotation kinetics studies, it was found that sulfite significantly activates the flotation of Violet Nickelite and generally increases the nickel recovery by 8 ~ 15%. Subsidence test found that sulfite also has defibrillation dispersion. Refractory mixed ore samples (containing 0.58% nickel) the final flotation test grade 3.75%, nickel recovery of 65.40% of the concentrate.
