坝型选择历来是水电建设中争议较多的重大问题之一,由于涉及面广,影响因素多,如何结合当时当地条件,弄清利弊,权衡得失,综合分析,求得合理解决,正确决策,对整个工程建设与运行具有决定性的影响。 1991年第2期水力发电学报刘元岐、张文倬同志《云南水电建设中几个问题的思索》一文,提到鲁布革工程坝型问题。笔者有幸参与了该工程坝型选择过程的讨论,今不揣冒昧,就个人感受谈一些认识,与刘、张两同志商榷,不当之处,欢迎批评指正。
