为简化现有煤矿安全监控系统的设计过程,采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为核心构成煤矿井下监控分站、以计算机(PC)为核心构成煤矿地面监控主站,并采用专用编程软件和组态软件开发构建新型煤矿安全生产监控系统.研究结果表明:该设计方案可以简化煤矿安全生产监控系统的拓扑结构,具有开发设计周期较短、装置配置灵活、用户开发使用方便等优点.该设计方案对于构建小型煤矿安全生产监控系统具有经济上的优势,并在教学实践中得到了初步应用,具有一定的理论意义和实践应用价值.
In order to simplify the design process of the existing coal mine safety monitoring system, a programmable logic controller (PLC) is used as a core to form a coal mine monitoring substation, a computer (PC) as the core constitutes a coal mine ground monitoring master station, and a dedicated programming software Configuration software development and construction of a new coal mine safety monitoring system.The results show that this design scheme can simplify the topological structure of coal mine safety monitoring system with the advantages of short development period, flexible device configuration and convenient user development and design. The program has economic advantages for building a small coal mine safety monitoring system and has been initially applied in teaching practice, which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
