文章试图通过演化理论和企业生态位理论解释企业的转型内涵及其过程中的知识转移现象。文章先后研究了企业转型与企业演化关系、企业知识与企业生态位关系、知识转移与知识演化关系,并提出企业转型的连续间断模型以及企业生态位决定的知识度量理论,在此基础上生态学的演化思想和生态位理论就能够对转型企业及其知识转移研究进行理论上的拓展。
The article attempts to explain the enterprise’s transformation connotation and the knowledge transfer in the process through evolutionary theory and enterprise niche theory. The article successively studied the relationship between enterprise transformation and enterprise evolution, the relationship between enterprise knowledge and enterprise niche, and the relationship between knowledge transfer and knowledge evolution. It also proposed a continuous discontinuity model of enterprise transformation and a knowledge measurement theory for the determination of enterprise niche, based on which ecology The theory of evolution and niche theory can theoretically expand the research on transformation enterprises and their knowledge transfer.
