研究人工合成的高活性心钠素 (hANP)对妊高征静脉血一氧化氮 (NO)及内皮素 (ET)水平的影响。对 40例妊高征患者随机分为hANP组及安慰剂组 ,每组各 2 0例。分别给予hANP 6μg/kg及安慰剂静滴 30min。应用活化镉还原剂与Griess反应结合法及放射免疫分析法分别测定用药前后血清NO代谢终产物硝酸基 (NO3 -)及血浆ET水平 ,并观察血压变化。结果 :hANP显著升高NO3 -水平 (P <0 .0 1)。ET呈下降趋势 ,但差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。NO3 -/ET比值显著升高 ,平均动脉压 (MAP)显著下降 (分别P <0 .0 1)。安慰剂组MAP、NO3 -及ET均无显著变化。结论 :hANP调节妊高征患者血NO合成及ET分泌水平 ,可能在改善妊高征病理生理变化中具有重要作用。
To study the effects of synthetic high activity atrial natriuretic peptide (hANP) on the levels of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) in the pregnant women with PIH. Forty patients with PIH were randomly divided into hANP group and placebo group, 20 cases in each group. The rats were given hANP 6μg / kg and placebo for 30 minutes respectively. The levels of nitric oxide (NO3 -) and plasma ET in the end products of serum NO metabolites before and after treatment were determined by using activated cadmium reductant and Griess reaction combined with radioimmunoassay. The changes of blood pressure were observed. Results: hANP significantly increased NO3 - level (P <0.01). ET showed a downward trend, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). The NO3 - / ET ratio increased significantly and the mean arterial pressure (MAP) decreased significantly (P <0.01, respectively). There were no significant changes in MAP, NO3 - and ET in the placebo group. Conclusion: hANP regulates the blood NO synthesis and ET secretion in PIH patients, which may play an important role in the pathophysiological changes of PIH.
