现如今,市场经济处于迅猛发展的状态,会计人员的专业能力已经渐渐的不能满足市场的要求了,为了有效解决这一问题,就必须对会计专业的学生专业能力进行提升,进而提升其职业的胜任能力,构建一个就业能力评估体系,就是提高会计专业学生的职业胜任力的基础。本文重点研究分析了会计专业学生的职业胜任力,构建一个会计毕业生的职业能力评估体系。
