这些年来,随着社会主义市场经济的深入发展,许多文学刊物被先后已经被推向了市场,政府不再投资或者基本不再投资,要他们自负盈亏地谋求生存与发展。但是一些编辑朋友目前的思想认识和精神状态还远远不能够适应社会主义市场经济体制对于我们的要求,出现了不少亟待解决的问题。笔者针对这一现状,也来谈谈文学编辑在认识上的创新问题,以求有助于这些问题的解决。
In recent years, with the deepening development of the socialist market economy, many literary publications have been pushed to the market one after another. The government no longer invests or basically no longer invests them, and they want them to strive for survival and development on their own. However, some editors and friends currently have not met the requirements of the socialist market economic system for our ideological understanding and mental state, and many problems to be solved have emerged. In response to this situation, the author also talks about literary editors’ awareness of innovation in order to help solve these problems.
