深圳成为中国政治体制改革进入深水区的排头兵,似乎是必然。曾一度领风气之先的深圳,后继乏力,深圳的发展面临瓶颈。1997年金融危机后,香港认识到依托内地的重要性,深圳首当其冲,深港中心,在战略上定位得以实现。去年广东省通过《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要》,深圳的地位重新得到重视和确立,深圳迎来了改革开放以来的又一个春天。
It seems inevitable that Shenzhen will become the vanguard of China’s political system reform into the Sham Shui Po. Shenzhen, once the leader of the trend, lacked successors and faced a bottleneck in the development of Shenzhen. After the 1997 financial crisis, Hong Kong realized that relying on the importance of the Mainland, Shenzhen will bear the brunt of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Center and realize its strategic positioning. Last year Guangdong Province passed the “Outline for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta Region”, and its status was re-emphasized and established. Shenzhen ushered in another spring since the reform and opening up.
