我院1989年收治原发性胆囊癌2例,由于认识不足,均发生误诊。现报告如下。 例1 男,74岁 进食油腻后右上腹痛3天入院,既往有胆囊炎胆石症史2年,无乏力消瘦。查体:T36.8℃,一般情况好,无黄疸,胆囊区压痛,墨菲氏征(+)。白细胞14.2×10~9/L,嗜中性85％。B超捉示胆囊炎、胆囊多发性结石。术中胆囊正常大小,壁广泛增厚,质脆,难剥离,残留粘膜括除后石炭酸等
In our hospital, 2 cases of primary gallbladder cancer were treated in 1989. All of them were misdiagnosed due to lack of awareness. The report is as follows. Example 1 Male, 74 years old After eating greasy, right upper abdominal pain was admitted to hospital for 3 days. There was a history of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis for 2 years. There was no fatigue and weight loss. Physical examination: T36.8 °C, generally good, no jaundice, gallbladder tenderness, Murphy’s sign (+). Leukocytes 14.2 × 10 ~ 9 / L, neutrophil 85%. B-induction of cholecystitis and multiple gallstones. Intraoperative gallbladder normal size, extensive thickening of the wall, crisp, difficult to peel, residual mucosa including post-carbolic acid, etc.
