本文用有限元法分析计算了1300mm矫直机的机架强度、刚度。计算结果表明;生产产品最大规格为600N/m重轨的1300mm矫直机生产750N/m的重轨强度是通过的,解决了生产中的实际问题。
In this paper, finite element method was used to analyze and calculate the frame strength and stiffness of 1300mm straightening machine. The calculation results show that the production of 750N / m heavy rail produced by the 1300mm straightener with the maximum size of 600N / m is approved and the practical problems in the production are solved.
