目的了解2006年度深圳市南山区5岁以下儿童死亡原因,为制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法对2005-2006年1年间南山区5岁以下儿童死亡资料进行分析。结果5岁以下儿童死亡率3.58‰;婴儿死亡人数占5岁以下儿童死亡总数的76.2%;儿童死亡原因依次为意外、早产及低体重、出生窒息、先天异常和呼吸系统疾病。结论意外已成为南山区5岁以下儿童死亡的首要原因,5岁以下儿童死亡主要发生在流动人口与暂住人口,建议加强流动与暂住人口的围产期保健及儿童保健工作,制定和完善有关儿童免受伤害的法律法规和政策措施,开展多种形式的健康教育和安全教育宣传活动,进一步降低5岁以下儿童的死亡率。
Objective To understand the causes of death of children under 5 years of age in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City in 2006 and provide scientific basis for formulating relevant policies. Methods The death data of children under 5 years old in Nanshan District from 2005 to 2006 were analyzed. Results The death rate of children under 5 years old was 3.58 ‰. Infant deaths accounted for 76.2% of the total deaths of children under 5 years old. The causes of child death were accidents, premature birth and low birth weight, birth asphyxia, congenital anomalies and respiratory diseases. Conclusions Accident has become the leading cause of death among children under 5 years of age in Nanshan District. The deaths of children under 5 years of age mainly occur in both migrants and temporary residents. It is suggested that perinatal care and child health care should be strengthened for mobile and transient population, Laws, regulations, policies and measures on children’s injury prevention, and various health education and safety education campaigns to further reduce the death rate of children under 5 years of age.
