邓小平对外开放理论是有中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分,是马列主义毛泽东思想的基本原则和中国实践相结合的具有划时代意义的对外经济贸易指导理论。内容包括对外开放理论的主要内容;党的十四大以来以江泽民同志为核心的党中央对邓小平对外开放理论的继承和发展而提出的新思想;努力提高对外开放水平,进一步发展对外经济贸易的方针政策。
Deng Xiaoping’s theory of opening to the outside world is an important part of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and is an epoch-making guide to foreign economic relations and trade that combines the basic principles of Marxism-Leninism with Mao Zedong Thought and China’s practice. The content includes the main contents of the theory of opening up; the new ideas put forth by the Central Party Committee of the CPC with regard to the theory of Deng Xiaoping’s opening up to the outside world since the 14th CPC National Congress; efforts to raise the level of opening up to the outside world for further development of foreign economic relations and trade Policies.
