该组研究采用免疫组化法对正常卵巢组织３０例，良性上皮肿瘤３０例，交界性肿瘤１１例，性索间质瘤２１例，上皮性癌４０例，恶性生殖细胞瘤２１例进行了抑癌基因Ｐ５３蛋白表达的检测。Ｐ５３蛋白表达阳性例数分别为０，１（３．３％），２（１８．２％）。５（２３．８％）。２２（５５％），２３（６１．９％）。结果显示：卵巢良性上皮肿瘤、交界性肿瘤和性索间质瘤。上皮性癌和恶性生殖细胞性肿瘤三组间Ｐ５３蛋白阳性表达差异有显著性。（Ｐ＜０．０５）
