20世纪80年代末、90年代初发生的苏联剧变,自有多方面的原因。就意识形态方面来说,苏共思想教育工作的失策,导致全社会、尤其是青年一代从意识形态迷茫,滑落到理想信念崩溃,无疑是剧变的思想根源。勃列日涅夫上台后,苏共领导已经注意到青年一代思想教育工作的重要性和艰巨性,并且不惜人力、物力,加大思想教育工作的力度。无奈苏共中央无视客观世界的变化,一味简单化地、教条主义地强行灌输。加上苏共自身的渐次蜕化,以致思想教育工作的效果适得其反。思想教育工作既应面对客观现实的变化,也要秉承自身的历史血脉,方能为国家和民族培源固本,树根立魂。
The drastic changes in the Soviet Union in the late 1980s and early 1990s have their own causes. In terms of ideology, the failure of the ideological education in the Soviet Communist Party led to the ideological roots of the entire society, especially the younger generation, which slipped from the ideological confusion to the collapse of their ideals and beliefs. After Brezhnev came to power, the leaders of the CPSU have noticed the importance and arduousness of the ideological education for the younger generation, and they have stepped up efforts in ideological education at the expense of manpower and material resources. In desperation, the Central Committee of the CPSU ignored the changes in the objective world and simply and dogmatically impulsively instilled it. Coupled with the gradual deterioration of the CPSU itself, the effect of ideological education is counterproductive. Ideological education should not only face the objective and realistic changes, but also uphold its own historical vein in order to solidify resources for the country and the nation and establish roots of the soul.
