探讨高职学生法制教育的有效途径及其相关问题,既要思考各高职院校所拥有的法制教育资源,又要考虑各高职院校学生所具有的不同法律基础。而在具体的法制教育实践中,教育的有效性又是一个相对的概念,因此,本文拟详细解析法制教育有效性内涵及其影响因素的基础上,结合具体的法制教育实践,详细分析了四种有效教育途径。即:课堂教学中的案例分析、学生生活中的话题解读、社会生活中的焦点解析、网络热点的实效性分析。
To probe into the effective ways of higher vocational students’ legal education and its related problems, it is necessary to think about the legal education resources owned by all higher vocational colleges as well as the different legal bases of students in higher vocational colleges. However, in the practice of legal education, the validity of education is a relative concept. Therefore, based on the detailed analysis of the connotation of legal education effectiveness and its influencing factors and the specific legal education practice, Effective ways of education. That is, case analysis in classroom teaching, interpretation of topics in student life, analysis of focus in social life and practical analysis of network hot spots.
