“吉田兴业公社”是战后日本经营得最成功的大企业之一,人称“世界拉链王国”。该“会社”的创办人和总经理吉田忠雄的经营管理诀窍是: 1、所谓“仁慈循环”的经营哲学。实际上就是重视人际关系,创造“人和”环境来追求巨额利润。具体措施是:(1)在产品刚刚进入市场时,采取薄利多销和杀价策略,争取消费者,打击竞争者。(2)对销售商和代理商给予优惠。(3)用高利息率和高股息率吸引职工存款和认股,再用所得资金来更新设备。
